Any items bought during a promotion, or a coupon code used over 20% are not eligible for a return or exchange.   All sales items are also final sale. Bodysuits, T-shirts (designer inspired ect.), swimwear, or seamless sets are final sale.

Shipping orders have 2 days to start an exchange from the day your order is received.

Local pick up has 24 hours to start an exchange from the day your order is received.

 Any returned items must be unworn and unwashed. No perfume smell, no rips or holes. Must not look worn or washed. Items must be shipped back by customer in the same packaging it was received; customer is fully responsible for the cost of shipping items back we don't provide shipping label. If anything is wrong with the item package will be returned to sender. 

Once your exchange request is received, please allow up to 48 hours for a review. After your return is approved you will receive an email with instructions. Please send your item back right away once you receive this email. (SOME ITEMS MAY NOT BE APPROVED IF IT'S A FINAL SALE ITEM) 

Soon as your item(s) are received, and we examine them you will receive an email with your store credit information. 

If your order is sent back to us as undelivered, we will take a 15% restocking fee out of your refund and shipping cost. Please double check your address. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away.
